Because we don't host anything. The plugin runs entirely inside your WordPress, calling OpenAI with your key. We charge once for the software; you pay OpenAI directly for the AI (typical store: under $5/month total).

Is my customer data safe? +

Yes. Embeddings live in your WordPress database. Nothing transmits to us. Our license server only ever receives your license key — never your products or shopper queries.

What does the AI cost in practice? +

Indexing 1,000 products with text-embedding-3-small runs about $0.02. Each search query is roughly $0.0001. A store with 10,000 searches per month spends about $1.

What's the refund policy? +

14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Will it conflict with my existing search plugin? +
